NWA Anarchy
Episode 66
June 4, 2007
This will be an abbreviated television report focusing upon the events of the 11th Annual Hardcore Hell. A full DVD report will be forthcoming in the upcoming week.
WRESTLING: (n.) \’res-ling\ A sport of contest in which two individuals face off in unarmed combat.
ANARCHY: (n.) \an-ar-key\ (1) A state of lawlessness due to absence of authority. (2) A complete lack of order.
What happens when you mix the two together? NWA-Anarchy!
- Hardcore Hell has passed and certainly lived up to its billing.
- Austin Creed & Hayden Young faced off against the Hollywood Brunettes. The faces dominated the early going by dazzling the Brunettes with their athleticism and high flying antics. The Brunettes eventually gained the advantage and worked over Young’s shoulder for a good portion of the contest. Creed received the hot tag and fought off a double team. Young pinned Alexander with a springboard cross bodyblock.
- Sal Rinauro recommended to Todd Sexton that it wasn’t worth the risk to wrestle tonight. On an earlier episode of NWA Anarchy TV, Rinauro delivered a barbaric skull bashing to Sexton with a 25 pound barbell. Sexton failed to heed Rinauro’s advice and launched a premeditated attack. Someone at Titan Towers has been watching this program because Randy Orton has been employing the same strategy lately. First, it was Shawn Michaels (with some help from Khali) and then he knocked out Rob Van Dam. Rinauro focused his attack on Sexton’s head. Like any great babyface, Sexton made a comeback. Sexton’s concussion rendered him helpless and Rinauro finished him off cleanly with the Shining Wizard.
- Patrick Bentley battled Seth Delay & Adrian Hawkins in a handicap match. Despite being outnumbered, Bentley outsmarted his former tag team partners with a clean victory. Delay couldn’t believe that Bentley embarrassed him like he did and took out his frustrations on the referee.
- The Urban Assault Squad battled Justice Served to try to recapture the NWA Anarchy Tag Team Titles. Referee Harold James gave the dastardly heels an early advantage by ejecting Jerry Palmer from ringside. Both teams brutalized each other, including Nemesis delivering a superbomb to Free. Al Getz aided his tag team to gain the victory. In the end, Justice Served hung Jerry Palmer in a purely evil and despicable act.
- NWA Anarchy Heavyweight Champion Chad Parham, NWA Anarchy TV Champion Ace Rockwell, Slim J and Jeremy Vain battled for singles gold in this contest. Parham became a dual champion by pinning Rockwell with a rollup and a handful of tights.
- The main event of Hardcore Hell was nothing short of a bloody massacre. Numerous weapons were used including guitars, a guitar controller, a plastic water jug attached to a wooden stake, thumbtacks, garbage cans, tables and everything that you could conceivably use except the kitchen sink. Abomination knocked off Dominous’s mask and clotheslined him to the floor. The Rejects when won Tank put Jeff Lewis away with the Black Tooth Grin (Go 2 Sleep.) Afterwards, “the Human Holocaust” Abomination used a two hand chokeslam on Tank. The crowd chanted “Holy nuts” as Tank collapsed through a table loaded with thumbtacks and a pair of light tubes. Abomination snapped Tank’s neck to finish the carnage. Jeff Lewis delivered a hellacious interview aimed at Dan Wilson.
- OVERALL: Anarchy TV returns to its regular programming next week. A full Hardcore Hell DVD review will be forthcoming this week with detailed commentary.
